toki stone

The toki originates with the Maori tribe in New Zealand. Traditionally shaped like an adze and used as a tool for cutting and digging, Maori chiefs would lash the stone to a wooden shaft and use it for religious ceremony.

The toki carries spiritual meaning bringing strength to the wearer. Traditional toki's were carved from jade and lashed with elaborate wrapping techniques. My tokis are made from a wide variety of stone, each unique and charged with positive Arizona energy.

Your toki stone comes with a decoration kit containing hemp twine and miscellaneous ornaments for you to add your own personal strength to the jewelry. Use your imagination to enhance the natural beauty of this gift from the Earth.
